RGV Legal Aid is equipped to take care of all of your
rental screening needs. Most property owners are not
set up to screen prospective tenants such as background
screening, rental and employment verifications.
It is not pleasant to find after you have rented to
someone that this same person was evicted from his
previous location, or to find out that the info provided
to you was false.

Our process involves the following:
- Receiving, processing and verifying a rental application through a
computerized background check, this process covers evictions and
criminal activity.
- Verification of current and past employment;
- Verification of current and past rental history;
- A co-signer is required if the above criteria is not met. The co-signer
will be required to complete an application as well and be screened
