Pricing Schedule
RGV Legal Aid is committed to you as an owner. To provide you with
the best service at the best pricing.

Listed below is a fee schedule for services to be rendered:

  • Notary - $10.00 for any single document notarized

  • Faxing Service - 1st page $2.00 and $1.00 for each additional page

  • Photo Copies - $1.00 per page

  • Scan and email - $2.00 for 1st page and $1.00 for each additional page

  • Computerized Background Screening - $50.00 per adult applying 18 years or
    older

  • Contract Preparation - $75.00 per single contract

  • Collections - 25% of all monies collected

  • Evictions - $299.00 for the preparation, serving, filing and appearance in court
    on owners behalf - a signed rental management contract required for court
    appearance on behalf of the owner - see representative for details

  • Writ - In the event a tenant does not vacate it will be necessary to file for a writ
    of possession - this cost is $275.00

  • Tenant Abandonment - $125.00 for the preparation and notice posting, taking
    pictures
RGV Legal Aid is not an attorney or affiliated with an attorney, we are in the business of
preparing, serving and filing paperwork for owners on their rental properties. If an owner
chooses for us to appear in court on their behalf then it is done through a signed rental
